Terms of Service
DataStreamLiner Payments Last updated: March 2026
1. About This Service
DataStreamLiner Payments ("we", "us", "the platform") is a SaaS storefront platform that enables local service providers ("merchants") to accept international payments for tours, experiences, and gratuities. We provide payment infrastructure and onboarding support. We do not process payments ourselves — all transactions are handled by licensed third-party payment service providers (PSPs) including Stripe, Xendit, Mollie, ECPay, and PayPal.
We are registered in the Netherlands (KVK:68388551).
2. For Merchants
By registering as a merchant you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information during onboarding
- Comply with the terms and conditions of your connected PSP
- Be solely responsible for the services you offer and deliver to customers
- Be solely responsible for refunds, disputes, and chargebacks related to your services
- Pay the applicable subscription fee for your usage tier
- Not use the platform for prohibited activities (see section 6)
Funds from transactions are paid directly to your connected PSP account. We do not hold, pool, or manage your funds.
3. For Customers (Tourists and Payers)
When you make a payment through a merchant's storefront page:
- You are paying the merchant directly for a service or gratuity
- Your payment is processed by the merchant's PSP, not by us
- Refund requests must be directed to the merchant
- We are not a party to the transaction between you and the merchant
4. Subscription Fees
Merchants are charged based on monthly transaction volume:
- Up to 10 transactions per month: free
- Higher tiers: as shown on our pricing page at time of registration
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Payments and PSPs
All payments are processed by licensed PSPs. By using the platform you also agree to the terms of the relevant PSP. We are not liable for payment failures, delays, or errors caused by PSPs.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the platform for:
- Illegal goods or services
- Fraudulent transactions
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Any activity that violates the terms of your connected PSP or applicable law
7. Limitation of Liability
We provide the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for:
- Payment failures or PSP outages
- Loss of revenue resulting from platform downtime
- Disputes between merchants and customers
Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if your connected PSP terminates your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
10. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
